Amanda has more than 20 years of experience representing property owners, municipalities, condominium associations, and neighborhoods.
Amanda previously served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami, where she was primarily responsible for the City’s planning, zoning, building, historic preservation, and public works matters. She advised the land use and historic preservation boards at public hearings, created legislation, and handled litigation and appeals related to the same. She was in house at the City during the early years of Miami 21, helping interpret and amend the form-based code that now shapes the City.
Today she represents property owners, developers, and private parties across the full arc of land use and zoning disputes, from applications and administrative appeals through litigation and appeals.
